DCUpload provides an automated video uploading and scheduling service. It acts as an intermediary service connecting to your social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook) and automates the process of publishing video files based on your defined schedule.

3. Third-Party Terms of Service

Because DCUpload utilizes third-party API Services to function, your use of DCUpload is strictly subject to their respective terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms:

• YouTube: By using our YouTube integration, you explicitly agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.
• TikTok: By using our TikTok integration, you explicitly agree to comply with the TikTok Terms of Service.
• Facebook/Meta: By using our Facebook integration, you explicitly agree to comply with the Facebook Terms of Service.

4. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. However, you are solely and exclusively responsible for the content of the videos uploaded using DCUpload. You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringes on copyright, trademarks, or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Violate the Community Guidelines of YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook (such as spam, scams, or sexually explicit material).
• Use the service to distribute viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

5. Content Delivery & Duty to Monitor

While we strive for accuracy, technical errors, API failures, or rate limits may occur resulting in content failing to publish or publishing incorrectly. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for monitoring and verifying that your content has been published correctly on the destination platforms.

6. Termination and Access Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DCUpload immediately if you violate these terms. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by disconnecting your accounts within the dashboard or revoking access via your respective platform's security settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

DCUpload is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall DCUpload be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost data, account bans, loss of profits, or quota limits imposed by YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook as a result of using this automation tool.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DCUpload and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
